The fastest payback.
Monthly account reconciliation, taught once by the person who owns it, becomes the team’s maintained SOP — the first thing most teams hand over, and where the time comes back soonest.
Talent and Intelligence
Apprentice is an AI colleague your best people teach by screen-sharing the job once. From then on it runs the routine work alongside your team, inside your own environment.
Runs in your cloud. Nothing leaves your environment.
The problem
And the routine work around it eats the day.
The knowledge that keeps your operation running — which case to escalate, where the exception hides, what to check first — sits with a handful of experienced people, and the day one of them leaves, most of it leaves too. It rarely gets written down, and when it does, the document is out of date the week it’s signed off. Meanwhile those same people spend hours on high-volume, repeatable work a machine could do, and new joiners take months to reach a useful standard.
How it works
Show it the job once by screen-share. From there it does two co-equal things, and both get sharper every time your people correct them. Most teams use both.
Every action Apprentice takes is written to a signed, quotable record: at 09:00 it learned the weekly invoice run as version 1.0; at 09:04 an amount over the approval threshold was gated and approved by a human; a supervised run reconciled 42 lines; and each record was quoted from your source data, with no value invented.
Every action leaves a signed, quotable record — inside your own environment.
Share your screen and narrate as you go: “I open the finance portal, export this month’s invoices, and paste them into the tracker.” Apprentice watches, asks about anything ambiguous, and compiles a reusable, human-readable workflow — a living SOP on its own.
After that it runs the work for you, on demand or on a schedule, showing live progress and asking your approval before anything risky or irreversible.
While your agent is on a live customer call, Apprentice hears both sides (with permission) and puts the exact answer on the agent’s screen the moment the customer asks — the precise matching record, alongside suggestions for what to say next.
It speaks to no one. The agent rates each card, and it sharpens within the same call.
“Has my order shipped yet?”
Exact matching record: order ORD-90413, dispatched 14 June, DPD tracking 1Z…77Q.
Read from your data, on the rep’s screen in a beat.
Why it’s different
The difference between RPA, consultants, public AI tools, and an apprentice that learns from your best person.
The person who does the job teaches it by doing it. No consultants, no flowchart builder, no six-month engagement. One session, and you’re live the next day.
It works only from your own data and quotes the exact record — never the model’s guess. On a call it reads the source back word for word; if it can’t find the answer, it stays silent.
Exact matching record: case CASE-2213, eligible, tier-2 escalation.
Their name is on every workflow they teach, and they keep earning from it.
“A wrong fact read to a customer is the worst possible outcome.” The principle the whole product is built around.
Where it’s used
If your people do it on a screen, the Apprentice can learn it, then run it or help with it.
Monthly account reconciliation, taught once by the person who owns it, becomes the team’s maintained SOP — the first thing most teams hand over, and where the time comes back soonest.
A first-week agent handles tier-1 work at an experienced hand’s standard, with the right answer surfaced on screen the moment the customer speaks — instead of months to ramp.
A bureau’s monthly payroll run, taught by the specialist who owns it, runs on schedule with approval gates before anything is filed — the same steps, every client, every month.
What we believe · Trust & security
The work our customers trust us with is too sensitive for shortcuts, too valuable to lose, and too human to hand to a black box.
Apprentice is an AI colleague you teach by doing the job once. From then on the capability is a setting, not a task you repeat.
Data sovereignty is a foundation, not a compliance garnish. Apprentice runs inside your own environment, your records stay where they already live, and sensitive values are read locally.
A human approves every consequential action, and database access is read-only by default. Nothing runs unattended until it has earned a clean, supervised track record — and some steps never earn autonomy, by design.
When someone leaves, the know-how no longer leaves with them. It becomes a living, signed-off asset that stays current — and every action is logged in your own environment.
Enterprise-grade and built toward regulated-industry requirements: SOC 2, ISO 27001 and a HIPAA-ready posture. We’re honest about status: this is built for those standards and ready for that scrutiny, not a certification badge to wave around.
It’s why we start small and supervised: one process, one expert, and a workflow that stays yours.
The team
The founders are the proof. Engineers and operators who’ve built high-performance software and run complex operations at scale — where security and quality can’t slip. That’s why our people, and our AI, understand the work.
We didn’t start as an AI company. We set out to build the tool we’d want running inside our own operations: secure by default, honest about what it does, and held to the same professional standards we’ve always worked to. Security first. Quality always.

A day with the Apprentice
Maria is a senior operations specialist. She sits down for one session and works the way she always would.
Apprentice joins and asks Maria to work exactly as she normally does. She opens a fresh case and talks through it.
She checks eligibility first; Apprentice asks why, and captures the rule behind the habit.
A priority case comes through. It captures the standard / priority / escalate branches as she explains them.
A tested workflow, ready to run.
See it on your own workflow
Not a licence you’re left to run — a team that runs it with you. In one session you’ll watch it learn the job and run it.
Runs in your cloud. Nothing leaves your environment.
Tell us the process and we'll show you what Apprentice can do with it.
